Customer must allow access to the area that the work will be performed. Ex. Garage, basement, empty room, other reasonable temperature and weatherproof area. Customer is responsible for any shipping damage to the product to be assembled. Customer shall also be responsible for any missing parts for the assembly of the product. If customer discovers any missing or damaged parts they must notify KD Furniture Assemblers immediately of such discovery so that other arrangements may be made for assembly.
Customer is responsible for providing the mount and hardware prior to making the service appointment. If necessary, KD Furniture Assemblers may at mutual agreement supply a comparable mount at an agreed upon price prior to scheduling of service.
Customer must provide (72) hours notice in writing using the website contact form and state the reason for the cancellation and the date of the work being cancelled. Please indicate on the contact form what your intentions are at the head of the message box. Ex. CANCEL MY PURCHASE/SCHEDULE, OR PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT.
An appointment cancellation request shall incur a $25.00 fee. The first rescheduling arrangement does not include a fee. Any subsequent rescheduling arrangement may include a $50.00 fee.
